We take data security very seriously.

Suburban Miners has made a substantial investment to provide our valued clients a top of the line hard drive shredding service. We provide data sanitation and electronic recycling services in strict adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and HIPAA. Through an unbroken chain of custody, our procedures and documentation guarantee absolute data security while ensuring full compliance with various federal regulations.

Walk in shredding service. Bring in your hard drives and have them shred on the spot in minutes. Watching your drives go through the shredder brings a peace of mind that cannot be found with other solutions.


Our HD shredding service is $5 per hard drive with a minimum fee of $20.

We have a proprietary scanning service that can scan hard drive bar codes and asset tags and automaticallty enter them into a database and print certificates of destruction for your records.

Suburban Miners's Data Reinspect procedure gives Suburban Miner's clients an additional level of security. All equipment received at our facility is carefully inspected for the presence of data-containing media. If media not previously identified by the client is located, we immediately notify our point of contact with a complete description of the media, and upon direction, either return or destroy the media.
